Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the images.
Also included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key detailing various areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
